Relationship between you and your Therapist
What to expect from Tlcsupports Counselling Services:
1) a relationship between you and your therapist. – don’t settle for a “bad fit”
2) therapy is a partnership – therapy is a collaboration
3) Therapy will not always feel pleasant -Painful memories, frustrations or feelings will emerge. (Be open and honest how you are feeling)
4) Therapy should be a safe place – if you are feeling overwhelmed or dreading your therapy let the therapist know.
